1. Anti-static: LED is an electrostatic sensitive element. If anti-static measures are not taken when repairing the light strip, the LED will burn out. Here, the soldering iron must use an anti-static soldering iron, and the maintenance personnel must also take anti-static measures (such as wearing anti-static rings and anti-static gloves, etc.).

2. High temperature resistance: The two important components of LED strips, LED and FPC, are products that cannot withstand high temperature. If the FPC continues to maintain a high temperature or exceeds the temperature it can withstand, the FPC cover film will bubble, which will directly cause the LED strip to be scrapped. At the same time, LEDs cannot withstand high temperatures continuously, and the chips will burn for a long time at high temperatures. Therefore, the soldering iron used to repair the LED light bar must be a temperature-controlled soldering iron, and the temperature is limited, and it is forbidden to change or set it at will.

3. short circuit: if there are many light bars, either pin short circuit or defect, be sure to find out the reason and then repair them. Otherwise, after hastily replacing the bad LED, when it is powered on again, the LED chip will continue to be damaged by the short-circuit current. Therefore, before replacing a new LED, you must first determine the cause to get twice the result with half the effort.
